Personal Check - Your order will be shipped as soon as your personal check clears my bank, usually 3-10 days. I do check with my bank daily for clearance of checks.

 

Items paid with money orders will be mailed as soon as the money order arrives.

There is a 1 year guarantee on any of my jewelry items. If a bead breaks due to dropping or any other reason just mail the entire item to me along with any other pieces and it will be replaced FREE of charge. If a particular bead is unavailable another item of your choice within a reasonable price range will be substituted. The only thing you pay for is shipping the item to me. I will pay for the postage back to you.

 

 

 

 

 

All of my jewelry can be custom sized FREE of charge. Make a note on the check out form if the size you want is other than what is listed in the description. If there is no note made in check out I will assume the size is fine with the buyer. When you receive the item and it isnt the right length for a particuar outfit just mail it back with the size you want and I will resize and mail it back FREE of charge. The only thing you pay for is the postage to send it to me.

 

If you would rather have clip ear wires instead of pierced or maybe different clasps these are also FREE exchanges when noted on the check out form. I will have the different style of ear wires and clasps listed in a few weeks. Thank you for your patience on this matter.

 

All stems on the watches have been pulled to save the battery. Simply take the red tag off, set, and push in.
